Fraser Pearson commissioned in April 2011 into the Royal Army Medical Corps (RAMC) as a Medical Support Officer and was posted to 4 Armoured Medical Regiment as a Troop Commander and deployed on Ex Askari Serpent 11. He later deployed on Op Herrick XVI.
Captain Pearson was then posted to 16 Medical Regiment as Squadron Second in Command of 181 Squadron on Oct 2013. He completed P-Coy in Jun 2014 and Basic Parachute course in October 2014.
He then moved to 23 Medical Squadron as Squadron Second in Command.
In January 2016 Captain Pearson was posted as Adjutant 3 Medical Regiment.
