Private David Hardy, son of Harry William and Ellen Hardy, of Chiswick, Middlesex, served with 13th (South Lancs) Parachute Battalion. He took part in the Allied response to the Ardennes offensive in Winter 1944-5.
Private Hardy died on 4 January 1945, aged 22 years old. He is now buried at Hotton War Cemetery, Luxembourg.
