Captain Arthur John Waterman, husband of Gillian Waterman, of Fordingbridge, Hampshire, served with 1st Airlanding Recce Squadron, Reconnaissance Corps. He took part in the invasion of Italy, during Autumn 1943.
Captain Waterman died on 2 October 1943. He is now commemorated on the Memorial at Brookwood Military Cemetery, in Surrey.
