Trooper Archibald Cecil Martin, son of Bertram Owen Martin and Clara Seymour Martin, of Streatham, London, served with 6th Airborne Armoured Recce Regiment, Royal Armoured Corps.
Trooper Martin died on 20 August 1944, aged 29 years old. He is now buried at Putot-En-Auge Churchyard, Normandy.
