Private Alexander H Duncan

Private Alexander Henry Duncan was the son of Alexander Paul and Madaline Duncan, and the husband of Alfreda Duncan, of Gorleston-on-Sea, Norfolk. He served with 8th (Midlands) Parachute Battalion, and took part in the Normandy campaign.

Private Duncan died on 16 June 1944, aged 24 years old. He is now buried at Ranville War Cemetery, Normandy.
