Private Alex Brough served with 2nd Parachute Battalion and took part in the North African campaign, during Op Torch.
He died on 15 December 1942, aged 20 years old. He is now commemorated at the Special Memorial to those buried in Borgel Cemetery, at Medjez-el-Bab War Cemetery, Tunisia.
