Lance Sergeant Norman Lillie, son of Sarah Ann Lillie, of Donhead St Andrew, Wiltshire, served with 8th (Midlands) Parachute Battalion. He took part in the Rhine Crossing, during Op Varsity.
Lance Sergeant Lillie died on 24 March 1945, aged 23 years old. He is now buried at Reichswald Forest War Cemetery, Kleve, Germany.
