Private Robert Hodgson, son of Henry and Theresa Hodgson, of Preston completed his jump course and was posted to DSAF Holding Company.
Records indicate he probably died in some form of training accident in June 1944.
Private Hodgson died in the UK on 11 June 1944, aged 21 years old. He is now buried at New Hall Lane Cemetery, Preston.
