Private Arthur Alfred Harlin, son of Mr and Mrs A A Harlin, served with 3rd Parachute Battalion and took part in the invasion of Sicily, durihg Op Husky.
Private Harlin died on 14 July 1943, aged 22 years old. He is now commemorated on the Memorial at Cassino War Cemetery, Italy.
