Private Damien Raymond Jackson, known to friends as 'Jacko', served with The 3rd Battalion, The Parachute Regiment (3 PARA) and took part in the deployment of 3 PARA Battle group to Helmand province, Afghanistan on Op Herrick IV.
Private Jackson died on operations in Helmand Province on 5 July 2006, aged 19 years old.
