Lance Corporal Christopher K Lovett

Lance Corporal Christopher Keith Lovett, known as Chris, was from Worthing. He served with The 3rd Battalion The Parachute Regiment (3 PARA) and took part in the Falklands campaign in 1982, and received a posthumous Mention in Despatches for his actions.

Lance Corporal Lovett died during the Battle for Mount Longdon on 12 June 1982, aged 24 years old. He is now buried at Worthing Cemetery in Findon Valley, Worthing.
