Corporal Ronald Denby Kerby served with The Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire Light Infantry (OBLI) prior to undertaking his military parachute training.
He passed course 126 at RAF Ringway from 28 July – 2 August 1944. The course report records Cpl Kerby as: “Confident. Cheerful. Average performer”
