Alfred George Such posted to 2 Battery, D Troop, 1st Air Landing Light Regiment and qualified as an Airborne gunner.
He was wounded and captured at Arnhem, POW number 52917.
Repatriated in 1945 and was promoted to Bombardier, transferred to the Military Police due to his wounds.
