Commissioned in 2005 into 3 PARA and assumed command of 2 Platoon, A Coy under Maj Will Pike.
Deployed on Op HERRICK 4 from May - Sept 2006.
Took command of Patrols Platoon, D (Ptls) Coy in 2007 and deployed as OC Patrols, 3 PARA on Op HERRICK 8 from Mar - Sept 2008.
Assumed post as ADC to Maj Gen J D Shaw CBE, Col Comandant of The Parachute Regiment in Mar 2009 until Dec 2009.
Posted to IBS Brecon in Jan 2010 as an Instructor on Junior Division.
Returned to Bn HQ as Regtl Adjt in June 2010 and left the Army in Apr 2011.
