Peter Michael Northam Luscombe was the son of Major Leonard Luscombe and Daisy Luscombe, of Whitchurch, Hampshire.
He took part in parachute training course 313 at RAF Abingdon. The course lasted from 29th May 1951 - 19th June 1951.
Upon successful completion of the course Private Luscombe served for two years with The Parachute Regiment.
