Stanton Wall was the son of William Fredrick and Matilda Wall, of South Elmsall, Yorkshire.
He successfully completed his parachute training at Ringway on 8 September 1942.
Private Wall was posted to the Reserve Battalion before being transferred to the 1st Battalion, The Parachute Regiment where he served in North Africa.
He died on 28 March 1943 and is now commemorated at Medjez-El-Bab War Memorial, Tunisia.
