Former Paratrooper and boxing martial arts coach Paddy Doyle did not disappoint his supporters at Stamina's Self Defence Boxing Gym on 29 Jan 2014. Doyle attempted the Guinness World Record once again for the most strength fitness jumping jacks in 1 minute whilst carrying 105lb back pack achieving 60 in the allocated time.
After a short break he then showed pure grit by breaking India's martial arts black belt champion Amin Bodla'a record for the most upper body knee strikes in 30 secs, without carrying a back pack, the previous record stood at 71. Ironman Doyle beat it by 3 contact strikes carrying a 105lb back pack.
The third speed martial arts record he broke was the most upper body martial arts kicks with out carrying any back pack weight in 30 secs, held by black belt Travis Matheson of the USA which stood at 53. Paddy surpassed it by achieving 65 kicks carrying a 105lb back pack.
The final challenge record of the day was setting a new upper body knee strike record of 82 in 33 secs carrying the same weight.
This now brings his total of career fitness endurance and boxing martial arts records to 315 which he currently holds 216 strength speed stamina titles.
