 Pouches left to right:  Medical, smoke grenade, fragmentation grenade, plastic quick load device, 2 magazine pouches (containing 2 magazines each). On the chest is an admin pouch containing a map, compass, morphine syringe and pens and to the left of that a 9mm magazine pouch containing a Gerber multitool.
