Visit by Mrs Daisy Willis, widow of Pte Victor Willis, formerly 1st Parachute Battalion, 28 June 2013.

Mrs Willis visitied Airborne Assault to donate items belonging to her late husband, Pte Victor Willis who served with the 1st Parachute Battalion during the World War II.

Curator Jon Baker and Trustee Gil Boyd chatted to Mrs Willis and her son Tony and gratefully recieved Pte Willis' memorabilia, which included a German flag taken in Arnhem and brought back across the river, tucked into Pte Willis' smock.
