Time to leave.

On the final morning when all activities and block inspection has been completed, the potential recruits (PRs) return all their kit to the vehicles.

Then it is time for the interviews, where PRs are given feedback on their performance over the weekend and are advised on any necessary steps needed to successfully complete the enlistment process. The instructors will again answer any question or address any concerns.

During the weekend PRs are asked to complete a questionnaire on their experience of the Insight Weekend to enable further improvements and address any problems.

PRs are given a packed lunch for their homeward journey and transported by minibus back to the train station.

At the train station there is a final debrief by the course leader, he ends by thanking the PRs for attending The Parachute Regiment Insight Course.
