Potential recruits (PRs) are taken to the gym to perform their Basic Personal Fitness Assessment (BPFA) which consists of timed sit ups, press ups and pull ups, followed outside with a 1.5 mile warm up and then a 1.5 mile run against the clock.
Throughout the course the recruitment team are assessing the potential of participants. Notes and scores are taken for the interview at the end of the course where advice can be given to aid any future selection process.
