The first medal is the Order of Australia Medal, an award instituted by Queen Elizabeth II. The last medal is the Centenary Medal awarded for 'contributions made to Australian Society' and is a merit award created in 2001 by the Australian Government to commemorate the centenary of Australia's federation. The medals inbetween are World War II campaign medals.
