8 Man Officer Stick, 151 Battalion, 1941

In 1941 and 1942 inadequate parachute training, poorly manufactured chutes and indifferent packing resulted in a number of parachute injuries and fatalities. This stick of 8 officers had to give a demonstration jump to show that it was still safe and help restore morale.
