Two paratroopers with Sten guns enter a destroyed school.

Thursday, 21st September 1944. Two glider pilots at the ULO (Uitgebried Lager Onderwijs) comprehensive school, on Kneppelhoutweg, in Oosterbeek, searching for snipers. The building has been hit by German mortar fire and there is a supply container lying in the doorway. They are Sgt's J.H. Whawell and John Turl, E-Squadron. BU 1100.
