Description
This trophy is dedicated to the memory of Pte Howard who was killed in Afghanistan 2010. The trophy was donated to 3 Para and the Mess by David Baistow, after he retired. The trophy will be awarded to the soldier who displays the most commitment to his profession, and will be selected by the Adjutant with authority from the commanding officer.
