A Southern Cross Medal does not seem enough. 18 years old and Neil Grose lost his life. I was 2 years older at the time and I am now 56 yrs old while I was at agricultural college at the time listening to the BBC with my mates for Daily updates.
We don't forget and will always remember with regret and sadness. RIP Neil Gross my unknown soldier.
